Fall Instructional Volleyball League

Boys volleyball in the 2nd fastest growing sport in the United States and there is a reason for that, it's fun and competitive!

The Instructional Volleyball League is aimed at providing boys an opportunity to learn how to play volleyball and how to become a better player. The program is led by experienced High School and College coaches. The curiculum is based on principles and philosophies applied at the NCAA Collegiate and USA National level.

Your son will learn through a series of blocked & random drills and short sided games. What we teach and focus on are:

  • Developing a passion for the sport
  • Sound fundamentals and good footwork
  • Advanced skills such as swing blocking and jump serving
  • Being a better teammate

The program is designed such that athletes can continue to particpate in other sports while also particpating in the volleyball league. Program dates for Fall of 2020 are Sundays in September/October. We are planning to host the sessions Stow High School.

The program costs $60 per athlete and registration is handled by Stow Park and Recreation. Online registration will be available in June. The cost includes all 6 instrcutional sessions and a FREE BIVL t-shirt.
